Terms of Engagement

These Terms of Engagement govern the provision of financial consulting services by Numerraa to its clients. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms set out below.
Our Services
Numerraa provides financial and business advisory services including monthly bookkeeping, audit support, and Virtual CFO services. The specific scope of services, deliverables, fees, and timelines for each engagement are confirmed in a written engagement letter issued prior to the commencement of work.
Fees and Payment
Our fees are fixed and agreed in advance. Monthly retainer fees are invoiced at the beginning of each month and are payable within 7 days of invoice. For project-based engagements such as audit support, payment terms are specified in the engagement letter. All fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes.
Client Responsibilities
To enable us to deliver our services effectively, clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, bank statements, invoices, and other documents in a timely manner. Delays caused by incomplete or late information may affect delivery timelines for which Numerraa cannot be held responsible.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information with strict confidentiality. We will not disclose your financial information to any third party without your written consent, except where required by law or applicable regulatory authority.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that specific engagement in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from our services.
Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement by providing 30 days written notice. Fees for work completed prior to termination remain payable in full.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rawalpindi / Islamabad, Pakistan.
